Running is a big business nowadays, but I started hitting the pavement years ago when it was still a niche exercise. I didn't get the benefits of fancy shoes and proper techniques back then, so I did a little damage to my feet and ankles from all those years of going five miles and back before the sun came up. I don't experience pain in my feet everyday, but when I do get an ache or twinge that won't go away, I turn to my podiatrist for help. Learning simple ways to keep my feet limber and healthy inspired me to teach others how to pamper their feet.
